From November 1st, Microsoft will be cutting access to its key Office 365 suite for anyone on an older version of Outlook. Initially, Microsoft told users that although support would end, connectivity to the key services in 365 would continue. The company have however, done a complete 180 on this promise. In a little under 2 months, Outlook 2007 and 2010 will be incompatible for any of even the most basic services Microsoft provide.
Anyone not on the most current version of Office 365 (2013 and above), will be kicked. This comes after last years complete removal of support for any of the older applications. It’s also important to note, users of Outlook 2013 version will only continue to have support until 2023, before similar occurs.
